We select suitable candidates for each department. We primarily evaluate our hotel employees for open positions. The promotion of our team members is directly proportional to the success they have demonstrated in their field of expertise, the experience they have gained in their business life, and the leadership qualities they have. But the most important measure is the level of performance.
Our sole purpose with our regional development priority is; To contribute to the regional economy and achieve regional development by increasing employment in the Bursa region.
We employ a total of 40 personnel on this path, which we set out with the recruitment policy we prepared regardless of a certain social status, gender or age. And also; We support learning through on-the-job training and experience by offering internship opportunities to many tourism high school students from the Bursa region.
